Howard Shore (Chairman)
Howard Shore, founded Shore Capital in 1985, which has grown in recent years to become one of London ’s leading independent investment banking boutiques. Its focus is on services to entrepreneurial clients, mid/small cap stockbroking, market-making and corporate finance, and managing alternative asset class funds. Shore Capital currently manages approximately US $1.2 billion in assets. Howard holds a degree in Economics from Cambridge University, and initially worked as a financial futures broker when LIFFE was being established. Howard began his career in private client discretionary fund management with Grieveson Grant & Co (now part of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein). He is responsible for the strategy and asset allocation of the Shore Capital Group, and sits on various investment committees and/or boards of the Shore Capital Group’s alternative investment vehicles including Puma Property Fund and Puma Brandenburg.


David Kaye (Director)
David Kaye graduated from Oxford University with a degree in law and was called to the Bar in 2000. David practised as a barrister at a leading London set of chambers for five years, specialising in advising on a range of complex commercial legal issues with a particular focus on financial investments and real estate. He joined Shore Capital in January 2006. David, who as General Counsel for Shore Capital is also responsible for the Group's legal affairs, is primarily involved in the Group's asset management and principal finance divisions.


Peter Procopis (Finance Director) 
Peter is the Finance Director for Puma Hotels plc. Having had over 20 years of experience in the global hotels industry, he joined Dawnay Shore Hotels in 2005. Formely Peter was a Senior Manager with Arthur Andersen before joining Strategic Hotel Capital in 1998, and working with UBS Global Asset Management.

Mike Jourdain (Head of Property Acquisitions) 
Mike Jourdain is head of property and development for Puma Hotels. He joined the Dawnay, Day Group in May 2006 as Director of Procurement and Property Administration covering the Group's hotel assets. Previously Mike worked at Grindlays Industrial Finance before joining UFB Humberclyde where he became responsible for establishing and operating both a hotel and nursing home portfolio as part of the bank's asset recovery progamme.  In 1996, Mike joined the board of Hanover International plc as Projects and Administration Director, a position he held until the company's assets were disposed of in 2005
